What happens after I book a service?

After you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your service details.
We’ll review your intake form (dogs, yard size, access) and confirm your first visit schedule.

If we need any clarification, we’ll contact you before your first cleanup.

Do I need to be home for the service?

No. You do not need to be home.

As long as we have safe access to your yard, we can complete the service while you’re away.

We’ll notify you once your yard is clean.

How do I prepare for my first visit?

Please:

  • Ensure gates are unlocked

  • Secure aggressive or escape-prone dogs

  • Remove toys or obstacles from the yard

That’s it. We handle the rest.

What is included in the first cleanup?

Your first visit includes:

  • A full yard scan

  • Removal of all visible pet waste

  • Off-property waste disposal

If the yard requires extra time due to heavy buildup, we’ll notify you before proceeding.

What if my yard is in very bad shape?

No problem - we handle first-time heavy cleanups regularly.

If the condition requires an additional fee due to time or volume, we will contact you for approval before starting.

No surprises.

How will I know when the service is complete?

You’ll receive a notification once your service is finished.

Your yard will be clean, safe, and ready to enjoy.

How does ongoing service work?

For weekly and bi-weekly plans:

  • We service on your scheduled day

  • Billing is automatic

  • You can pause or adjust service as needed

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

You can contact us anytime to:

  • Skip a week

  • Reschedule a visit

  • Cancel your plan

We just ask for 24 hours’ notice.

How is waste disposed of?

All pet waste is:

  • Sealed

  • Removed from your property

  • Disposed of properly off-site

We never use your trash bins unless you request it.
