Our published base rates apply to residential properties up to 0.25 acre.

 

Larger properties require additional walking coverage, extended scan time, and increased service duration to ensure thorough and consistent cleanup at every visit.

 

To maintain service quality, pricing adjustments are applied based on

total yard size.

Yard Acreage Adjustment Guide

 

0.1-0.25 acre – +$0 Standard rate

0.25–0.50 acre – +$10 per week

0.50–0.75 acre – +$25 per week

0.75–1.00 acre – +$40 per week

Over 1 acre – Custom quote required

 

These adjustments reflect the increased labor time, perimeter coverage, and overall service area required for larger properties.
