Payment Terms & Service Policy
Duty Calls Pet Waste Removal is committed to providing reliable, professional, and consistent service. To keep scheduling, billing, and route planning efficient, the following payment terms apply:
Initial Cleanups
Initial cleanup services are billed separately, and payment is due upon completion of service the same day. Recurring service will not begin until the initial cleanup invoice has been paid in full.
Recurring Weekly Service
Recurring weekly service is billed monthly in advance. Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month, and payment is due no later than five days from the invoice date.
Outstanding Balances
Accounts with unpaid balances may have service paused, delayed, or removed from the schedule until the account is brought current.
Scheduling & Continuation of Service
By scheduling recurring service, the client acknowledges and agrees to monthly advance billing for the upcoming month’s scheduled visits.
Nonpayment
Failure to pay by the due date may result in interruption or cancellation of service.
