Services Provided
Duty Calls Pet Waste Removal provides residential pet waste removal services, including weekly, bi-weekly, and one-time cleanups, as selected at the time of booking.

Service includes the removal of accessible solid pet waste from designated yard areas only.
We do not provide landscaping, lawn care, sanitation, or deodorizing unless specifically stated.
 

Access to Property
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the yard on scheduled service days.

• Gates must be unlocked or access codes provided.

• Pets must be secured prior to service.

• If access is not available, the visit may be skipped and may still be charged.
   

Scheduling & Service Windows
Service is performed based on the selected schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time).

• Service times are estimated and may vary based on route, weather, and workload.

• We reserve the right to adjust service times and routes as necessary.
   

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on service frequency, number of dogs, and yard condition.

Standard Pricing

Weekly Cleanup

• 1 dog: $20 per visit

• Each additional dog: +$3 per visit

Bi-Weekly Cleanup

• 1 dog: $35 per visit

• Each additional dog: +$4 per visit

One-Time Cleanup

• Starting at $65

• Each additional dog: +$10

• Heavy or neglected yard fees may apply

Final pricing may be adjusted after evaluating yard condition, waste volume, and accessibility.

All prices are subject to adjustment for heavy or neglected yards.

Payment is due according to the agreed billing schedule.

Heavy or Neglected Yards
Yards with excessive buildup of pet waste may require an additional heavy yard fee.

We reserve the right to apply this fee when necessary to reflect additional time and labor required.

Cancellations & Missed Visits

• Customers may cancel or reschedule service with reasonable notice.

• No long-term contracts are required for recurring service.

• No cancellation fees for recurring service with proper notice.

• If access is not available at the time of service, the visit may be skipped and may still be charged.

• Repeated missed visits may result in suspension of service.
   

Weather Policy
Service may be delayed due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or emergencies.

Missed visits due to weather will be rescheduled when possible.

Safety & Liability
Duty Calls Pet Waste Removal is fully insured.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused by unsecured pets

• Pre-existing yard conditions

• Hazards not disclosed by the customer

• Normal wear and tear to lawns or landscaping

Customers agree to notify us of any known hazards on the property.

Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with a service visit, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

Changes to Service or Pricing
We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duty Calls Pet Waste Removal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
 

Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
