When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds may be issued in the following situations, at our discretion, after reviewing the circumstances:

  • A service was paid for but not performed

  • A billing or processing error occurred

  • A verified service issue was reported within 24 hours of the service date
     

When Refunds Are Not Issued

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • The service has already been completed

  • Access to the yard was not available on the scheduled visit

  • The issue relates to pre-existing or undisclosed yard conditions

  • A customer cancels after the service has been performed
     

Partial Refunds & Service Credits

In some cases, partial refunds or service credits may be issued at our discretion, based on the nature of the issue and the portion of service completed.
 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 24 hours of the service date and provide the following:

  • Customer name

  • Service address

  • Date of service

  • Description of the issue
