When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds may be issued in the following situations, at our discretion, after reviewing the circumstances:

A verified service issue was reported within 24 hours of the service date
When Refunds Are Not Issued
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

The service has already been completed

Access to the yard was not available on the scheduled visit

The issue relates to pre-existing or undisclosed yard conditions

A customer cancels after the service has been performed
Partial Refunds & Service Credits
In some cases, partial refunds or service credits may be issued at our discretion, based on the nature of the issue and the portion of service completed.
